The cutest winter accessories for Winter 2024/2025
It’s winter, it’s cold, the sun goes down basically right after lunch, we feel you. Instead of throwing ourselves a frostbite pity party, let’s focus on the good! Winter is the season where you can rewatch Love Actually approximately once a week without being majorly judged by your housemates, a time of year in which you can drink eggnog with no regard to how weird of a beverage it is, and most importantly, you can wear oversized turtlenecks and not shave your legs. Embrace the declining temperatures in style and check out these ultra-chic winter accessories. They’re so cute that you’ll, at least briefly, be thankful for the cold.
Gloves are somewhat of an underrated accessory, but their polished and expensive vibe simply can’t be replicated. Elbow-length opera gloves are trending on the runways from JW Anderson to Simone Rocha and Miu Miu: this year might be the perfect time to get your hands on—or rather, in—a brand new pair of gloves.
Shearling, knitted, and (lined) leather gloves are ideal for the cold season, and a good-quality pair will last you a lifetime.

No one’s winter wardrobe is complete without at least one warm scarf; you can quote us on that.
From Indie Sleaze-inspired skinny scarves to borderline blankets à la Lenny Kravitz, the scarf trends for 2024 are plenty. For the most fashion-forward, faux fur stoles and scarves are to be worn casually on the shoulders. Overall, longer silhouettes are dominating the trends—here are our favourite picks available on Stylight.

Not only are hats the quintessential cold-weather accessory, but they were also ubiquitous on the AW24 runways.
A good beanie is the perfect way to keep our heads and ears warm—to our parents’ joy—but there are plenty more styles to explore this year.
First off, newsboy caps were seen on the Chanel runway. Then, pillbox hats were spotted at Alberta Ferretti and Emporio Armani. In both womenswear and menswear, 2024 has cemented itself as the year of the cowboy, and Western hats were seen at Moschino among others. More winter-appropriate fuzzy trapper hats took the front stage at Moncler, Off-White, and Dsquared2. The classic beret was a staple at Dior and Armani. Baseball caps are still trending, and celebs are wearing them with a scarf—knitted or silk—wrapped around the head. Lastly, bucket hats are also still going strong: go for a fuzzy faux fur one for warmth or a nylon fabrication to protect you against rain and wind.

Obsessed with the Apres-ski aesthetic? A warm winter headband is the quickest way to achieve the look. The Alps and Aspen might be out of reach (for now), but pairing your headband with a voluminous winter jacket, leggings, and Moon Boots does the trick.
