If all else fails, try Kim Kardashian’s tape method to keep your girls where you want them. Here’s how:
- For a good, long hold, clear your skin of any oils. You can do this with alcohol pads!
- Before you get started, cover your nipples with a cotton pad to protect them from the tape.
- Apply the tape crosswise. To do this, start at the lower rib cage and pull the tape diagonally across the chest in the direction of your armpit. Repeat this on the other side.
- Now that the first cross has been created, you can repeat the third step until you are satisfied with the push-up effect.
- When you’re ready to remove the tape, you should first soak the tape with water then gently peel it off with the help of oil.
