5 tips to help keep you boobs looking perky

Hollywood has us under the impression that all boobs are plump and firm. The reality is quite different: A handful of women have naturally perky boobs — without the help of breast augmentation.

The reason? Over the years, the strength of the connective tissue decreases, and the skin on the chest area relaxes. Add hormonal changes due to pregnancies and breastfeeding, and the muscles and skin around the chest expand.

Gravity does the rest – larger cup sizes, in particular, will start to sag over time. For the most part, breasts are made of fatty tissue, which is why it’s challenging to train them specifically – but the underlying breast muscle can certainly be strengthened. Exercises such as compressing the palms of the hands at chest height or planks will strengthen the pectoral muscles and help stabilize the décolletage.

Tip # 3: Healthy Diet

Yes, you can actually eat your way to firm, healthy skin. Most importantly, antioxidants found in vitamin-rich fruits and vegetables or in green tea. They stop aggressive, free radicals that damage the cells and tissues in the body and accelerate the aging process massively.

In addition, enough fluids are extremely important, the cells of the skin can renew themselves faster, the skin looks fresh and upholstered. Refined sugar, alcohol or saturated fatty acids, on the other hand, should be avoided, as they promote the formation of free radicals.
