The Lazy Girl’s Guide To Easy Fitness In Columbia Pants

If the thought of going for a “run” makes you nauseous, if you wouldn’t be caught dead at a spinning class and if you’re appalled by the idea of breaking a sweat, then clearly exercising isn’t for you. It’s not that you’re lazy—there’s just a million different things you’d rather do.

But you still got to stay healthy somehow, which is why we’ve put together a few light fitness activities to try in Columbia pants.

Not A Jog

This isn’t a jog disguised as a walk—we promise. The beauty of taking a walk by yourself is that you can go as slow as you want. Go for a stroll somewhere picturesque, like a nearby nature preserve or a park surrounded by lush trees, wearing casual pants in a relaxed fit. It will clear your mind and restore your balance, making you feel completely at peace.

Upward Facing Dog

You can’t go wrong with yoga, because you won’t sweat profusely (except for Bikram yoga, stay far away from that). Sign up for a beginner’s class that’s held on a beach so you can relieve stress while taking in the serene setting. Grab a pair of Columbia leggings, a racerback tank, a yoga mat and get your upward facing dog on.

Save The Day

Even you can’t say no to anything that involves horses. As far as we’re concerned, horseback riding is a win-win situation: you get to be active and spend time with nature’s majestic creatures. Suit up in a pair of thick, cotton pants, riding boots and ride like you’re a heroine racing to save the day.

You shouldn’t have to approach working out with fear or dread. Thanks to our guide and Columbia pants, you won’t have to.

Your fitness phobia is about to be over.
