The size of the bedstead is determined by the size of the mattress. This can range from 90×200 cm for a single bed to 200x200cm for a double bed.

- Length: As a general rule, the length of the bed should be about 20 cm longer than your height.
- Height: A standard height is between 40 and 50 cm. A height of 50-60 cm is generally considered a comfort heigh or a height for seniors.
Slatted Frame: The Most Important Function
